Longyue Chang'an is a high-end townhouse real estate project developed by POWERCHINA in Beijing, with a total floor area of 264,000 ㎡.
2. Sanya Conifer Resort
Conifer Resort is a 5-star hotel developed by POWERCHINA in Sanya, Hainan province of China. With a total floor area of 87,800 ㎡, it takes hydroelectric dams as its design theme and blends the elements of curvy waves into its design, echoing the city's oceans.
3. Xiamen University Malaysian Campus
Xiamen University Malaysian Campus is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, covering a land area of 610,000 ㎡. The construction of the project includes teaching buildings, dormitory buildings, gymnasiums, etc, with Phase 1 of a total floor area of 244,000 ㎡ and phase 2 of a total floor area of 100,000 ㎡.
4. Sabah Al-Salem University City in Kuwait
Sabah Al-Salem University City is located in Kuwait city and is categorized as a city public building with a total building area of 264,100 ㎡. The project includes separated male and female campuses.
5. Benguela Gymnasium in Angola
Benguela Gymnasium, located in Benguela, Angola, is one of the competition venues of the 2010 African Cup of Nations with 35,000 seats.
6. Qatar New Port-Port Building and Infrastructure
The Qatar New Port-Port Building and Infrastructure Project covers a land area of 670,000 ㎡, with a total floor area of 78,000㎡.
The project includes the construction of 45 buildings and a landscape area, including the customs building, police building, fire fighting building, ship center, mosque, hospital, cargo loading place, etc.
